PAUL WALKER-DUNCALF

Director

Prior to co-founding Walker Duncalf Property, Paul worked for many years for Blackrock, the world's largest asset manager, holding several senior trading positions, most recently as Global Head of Equity Trading and was a Fellow of the Securities Institute.

Paul is responsible for Walker Duncalf Property finances, legal and planning work as well as developing architectural designs and internal layouts.

SUZANNE WALKER-DUNCALF

Director

Suzanne is co-founder of Walker Duncalf Property. After beginning her career as a French and German Trilingual Secretary, Suzanne went on to spend a number of years working in the recruitment industry and subsequently worked in property advertising where she became Advertising Sales Manager. After her career in advertising she set up and ran a successful antiques business, sourcing works of art, decorative furniture and accessories for individuals and interior designers. She has also worked with a leading luxury health and wellness brand.

Suzanne is the creative driving force behind Walker Duncalf Property and is also involved in project management. She has a keen eye for concept and design and is passionate about creating properties with strong architectural detail coupled with innovative design and an emphasis on lifestyle.

FRANCES HUMPHREYS

Executive Assistant

An integral part of the team, Frances has an organisation and supportive role within Walker Duncalf Property. She is involved with the everyday running of the business from administration and marketing to managing relationships with suppliers. Her degree in media and journalism has been invaluable in helping with developing the social media platforms and marketing strategy of the company.
